WOF - $50 Service – 3 to 6 monthly
All basic adjustments, tightening and tensioning.
• Adjust brake callipers/discs – adjust brake levers
• Adjust or fit brake/disc pads – adjust gears
• Tension gear cables /straighten hanger – fit cables if needed
• Check chain and lube
• Adjust headset – grease seat post
• Check and inflate tires
• Check and tighten all structural bolt and parts.
HIRIWA - $80 service – 6 to 12 months
All adjustment, tightening and tensioning + wheels and Bottom bracket.
• Adjust brake callipers/discs – adjust brake levers
• Adjust or fit brake/disc pads – adjust gears
• Tension gear cables /straighten hanger – fit cables if needed
• Check chain and lube
• Adjust headset – grease seat post
• Take wheels out, true and spoke tension in stand
• Adjust bearings in hub
• Remove cranks, check bottom bracket bearings, cup torque clean and re-grease. Tighten chain ring bolts.
• Check and inflate tires
• Check and tighten all structural bolt and parts.
PLATINUM $150 service – 12 to 18 months
Full strip and rebuild
• Check frame and forks & clean – rebuild/re-grease headset
• Rebuild and re-grease front and rear hub
• Rebuild and re-grease bottom bracket- clean rims and inflate tubes
• True and tension wheels off bicycle – check tires
• Replace brake cables – oil /centre brake callipers
• Adjust brake levers – degrease cranks and chain rings
• Adjust disc and brake pads – oil/adjust front derailleur
• Remove chain, degrease/oil – oil/adjust rear derailleur
• Remove cluster, degrease/oil – tension/oil gear cables
• Adjust gear levers – tighten handlebars
• Tighten pedals - grease and adjust headset
• Adjust wheels quick release – tighten and grease seat pillar
• Tighten seat clamp – tighten stem
• Tighten anchor bolts
